CardioFly was born from a partnership between Avianca and Fundación Clínica Shaio. We worked together to design an app that would guide passengers through their flight sending them health tips along the way. With the app, passengers can program a flight, choose their departure and destination and receive alerts prompting them to make sure they are moving and hydrating during the flight. The app is especially useful for long flights and patients who might have suffered cardiovascular issues in the past. All alerts and tips we're designed by the Shaio's expert team of cardiovascular physicians.
This app is part of a larger project called "Te cuidamos por cielo y tierra" between both partners that focuses on staying healthy while traveling.
